Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by Forge & Ember. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Forge & Ember. By using this site and purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We forge and sell tungsten rings and accessories. Product pages list materials, widths and available sizes for each design. Colors may vary slightly between screens; each ring is handmade and small variations in inlay pattern are part of the character of the piece.

3. Orders and pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, if we cannot fulfill it or suspect fraud. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; you always pay the price displayed at checkout for the items in that order.

4. Payments and billing

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Promotions and discount codes apply only as described at the time they are offered and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns and exchanges

Our 60-day trial and refund conditions are described in the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Forge & Ember name, logo, site design, imagery and written content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

10. Contact
